International Inside Sales Representative and Special Projects Coordinator



Responsibilities:

1 .  Inside sales representative


Manage and coordinate sales & warranty transactions for Opus throughout the international (outside Canada) market. Includes the organization and management of international shipments including the preparation and submission of shipping and customs documents. Will work closely with International Sales Manager. Must be available to travel and assist at trade shows worldwide.


2 .  Special projects

Development of technical data for print & web. Assist brand management with sourcing and analysis of components for OEM purchasing. Database maintenance.
Special projects will include ordering and management of samples bikes for photo-shoots, shows and testing.


Qualifications

  • Knowledge of bicycles and bicycle industry (minimum 5 years working experience in the industry) 
  • Bilingual  (French and English)
  • A strong understanding of and competence in Microsoft Excel .
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to establish & maintain excellent relationships with international customer dealer base.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work well within a team.

Représentant interne des ventes internationales et Coordonateur des projets spéciaux


Responsabilités :

1.  Représentant interne des ventes


Gestion et coordination des transactions de ventes et de garantie pour Opus pour les marchés internationaux (à l’extérieur du Canada). Vous devrez organiser et gérer les expéditions internationales incluant la préparation et la soumission des documents d’expédition et de douanes. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le gérant des ventes internationales. Vous devez être disponible pour voyager et prendre part à des salons à travers le monde.


2.  Projets spéciaux


Développement de données techniques pour l’impression et le web. Soutenir l’équipe de gestion de la marque avec l’approvisionnement et l’analyse des composants pour les achats OEM. Maintenance des bases de données.
Les projets spéciaux incluront les commandes et la gestion des échantillons des vélos pour les séances-photo, les salons et les essais.


Compétences


  • Connaissances des vélos et de l’industrie du vélo (minimum de 5 ans dans l’industrie) 
  • Bilingue  (français et anglais)
  • Forte compréhension et compétences dans Microsoft Excel
  • Expérience dans le service à la clientèle
  • Habileté à établir et maintenir une excellente relation avec les détaillants/clients internationaux
  • Fortes compétences d’organisation, d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes, souci du détail et habileté à respecter les échéances
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe

Snowboard Cross: Maltais wins in Austria!

Dominique Maltais won another FIS Snowboard Cross Event in Montafon (Austria) last week-end. She's taking the lead of the World ranking.

Last year, she also won the Snowboard Cross event of the X-Games.
